Northeast Arizona Technical Institute of Vocational Education (N.A.T.I.V.E.)

Project: The N.A.T.I.V.E. campus features multiple new buildings and a brand new campus. AEI also completed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for review to Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency.  Both the plan and report were generated to conform to both NNEPA and EPA Region IX requirements to BMPs and Best Practices. AEI created a full hydraulics and hydrology report.  The analysis included an estimation of the Q100 flood plain limits.  The hydrology report delineated existing and proposed watersheds.  AEI created an analysis that conformed to the Kayenta Township planning requirements which mandated new developments detain post development increases in storm water.  AEI worked closely with the Kayenta Township and Kayenta Chapter house to review each respective planning document for post development factors.
